International Business Environment
MSc International Business

This module studies the contemporary international business environment from different theoretical perspectives while drawing on relevant empirical evidence. Students learn about the role of multinational firms, institutions and political economic systems, technological changes and geography in shaping the international business environment. The focus is on the actors and the complex set of networked interactions, embedded in different institutional frameworks and grounded in different geographies, that make up the global geo-economy.

Global Business Context
MSc Management for Future Leaders

This module covers various aspects of the global business environment, from geopolitics, trade and investment, to global value chains, advanced technologies and climate change. As a result, you will develop an awareness of the complex and dynamic nature of contemporary global trends and developments, and their implications on current and future business scenarios for your organisation or sector.

International Business, Strategy
Global and Flexible Executive MBA

This module provides an insight into the variety of issues and challenges faced by managers of multinational enterprises in a global environment. The main aim is for students to develop an ability to understand the complexity of international markets and the capacity to manage challenges and opportunities related to international business and strategy successfully. A number of key frameworks will be introduced and applied in developing strategies for international expansion as well as strategies for managing complex operations across national, regional and global markets.
